2 Year Defects Guarantee
All landscaping work carried out by Nottingham Landscaping Services is covered by a 2 year defects guarantee from the date of completion.
This means that if any defects arise as a direct result of our workmanship or installation within the first two years, we will return and put things right at no extra cost.
This guarantee covers issues such as poor installation, incorrect ground preparation, or faults caused by how the work was carried out.
Most genuine workmanship issues, if they are going to occur, will show themselves within this time period, which is why we confidently stand behind our work during these first two years.
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, natural ground movement, weather related damage, changes caused by third parties, lack of maintenance, or drainage issues outside the original scope of work.
