Planting is what turns a built garden into a living one. We make raised beds and wooden planters, dig and prep borders, and plant them up so there's something to look at through the year, not just for a few weeks in summer.
Raised garden beds are our most popular job. They're easier on your back, drain well, and keep a neat edge between lawn, patio and planting. We build them from railway sleepers and treated timber to whatever height and shape fits the space, then fill them with good topsoil ready to plant.
If you want the planting sorted too, we'll put together a scheme around how much colour and upkeep you're after, improve the soil and get everything in properly. We're a Nottingham-based team working across West Bridgford, Beeston, Arnold, Hucknall and the rest of Nottinghamshire.

Yes. As well as fixed raised beds we make freestanding wooden planters for patios, balconies and by the door, sized to fit where you want them.
We can. Tell us how much colour and how little upkeep you want and we'll put a planting scheme together, improve the soil and plant it up. Or we'll just build the beds and fill them with topsoil for you to plant yourself.
Good quality topsoil, usually mixed with compost so the plants get off to a strong start. Healthy soil is the difference between planting that fills out and planting that struggles.
Not if you don't want them to. We can plant hardy shrubs and perennials with mulch on top to hold moisture and keep weeds down, so the beds mostly look after themselves.
